Get your link. Once approved, you get your own link (balatcapital.com/a/yourname), ready-to-post captions and the rules, by email.
Share what’s free. Point people to the free Sunday Levels or the Sample Outlook — that’s where most members start. Add ?to=/sunday-levels to your link to land there.
Get paid. When someone joins within 90 days of clicking, you earn on their payments. Each commission is held 30 days to cover refunds, then paid out monthly. Before your first payout you’ll send a W-9 (or a W-8BEN outside the U.S.) on our secure form.

Say you’re paid.Every post, video or email with your link must clearly disclose that you earn a commission — the FTC requires it. “I earn a commission if you join through my link” or #ad works.

No profit or win-rate promises.Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Talk about the process — the levels, the plan, the preparation — never about money anyone will make.

Members-only stays members-only.Never share the paid issues, trade scenarios or results. Share the free Sunday Levels, the Sample Outlook and your own honest take.

No spam, no brand ads.No unsolicited messages, and no paid search ads on “Balat Capital”. Your own link can’t be used for your own membership.

We can end a partnership that breaks these rules; commissions on payments that broke them aren’t paid.

Who gets the credit if someone clicked two links?

The first partner or member link they used, as long as they join within 90 days of that click.

What happens if a member asks for a refund?

The commission on that payment is reduced or cancelled. If it was already paid to you, it’s deducted from your next payout.

Do I need to be a member?

No — though most partners find it easier to recommend something they read every week.

Can I get a custom landing page or graphics?

Yes, for partners with an active audience. Ask once you’re approved.
